Obesity is because of excess weight or too much body fat. Obesity occurs when person’s intake calories are more than what he/she burns, storage of excess calories in form of body fat due to which the buttock, abdomen and breast become pendulous and strength of the body is rendered disproportionate with its physical growth. It also occurs due to Hormonal imbalances in the body.
The stress of working & personal life along with social environment also plays an important role. A person is called obese when his weight is more than 20 kg than normal weight.
Obesity leads to various diseases such as respiratory disease, cardiac disease, respiratory problems, diabetes, liver damage etc.

5. Excessive sweating with bad odor
6. Fatigue
One should avoid oily and fried food, polished rice, potatoes, butter, cheese, sweets.
Yoga, Pranayam and morning and evening walk are very effective to overcome obesity.
