1. No Return Policy for Medicines & Therapies

Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare services and Ayurvedic medicines, we do not accept returns or refunds once:

  • Medicines are dispensed
  • Consultations or therapies are completed
  • Therapy packages or wellness programs are initiated

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)
  • Expired product received

3. Replacement Request Process

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Provide order details and invoice number

4. Replacement Conditions

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging and invoice must be available
  • Replacement is subject to inspection and approval

Approved replacements will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

5. Non-Replaceable Items

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Customized or patient-specific formulations
  • Consultation fees
  • Therapy packages once started
  • Online consultations or digital services

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Shipping & Handling

Approved replacement shipments will be arranged by Jeevniya Ayurveda. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jeevniya Ayurveda shall not be liable for incorrect usage of medicines, individual treatment outcomes, or delays caused by incorrect customer information.
